Give Your Agents the Data to Execute, Not Just Answer

Every weekday morning, use Crunchbase to monitor [my company] ([domain]) and up to 10 of its most similar companies. Report any new funding rounds, acquisitions, product launches, leadership hires or departures, and notable headcount shifts from the past 24 hours. For each change, explain how it overlaps with our business, rate the threat as high, medium, or low, and recommend one response. Lead with the most important move, link each finding to its Crunchbase record, and label anything undisclosed rather than estimating it.

Every night, use Crunchbase to find up to 25 private companies that match my thesis: [sector], [Seed to Series A], headquartered in [region], founded since [2022], with no more than [$30M] raised, in an emerging or growing micro-industry. Segment matches by use case. For each, show total funding, last round and lead investors, funding prediction, and current valuation estimate. Rank by likelihood of raising in the next six months, explain why each top-five match fits, note which filters excluded close candidates, and add new matches to my [Thesis Pipeline] Crunchbase list.

Every Monday, re-score each company in my [Target Accounts] Crunchbase list from 0 to 100 using headcount growth over 3 and 12 months, funding events in the last 90 days, financing cadence, growth and acquisition predictions, and micro-industry momentum. State your weights up front, then return a ranked table with each account's score, change since last week, and the signal that moved it most. Separate retrieved Crunchbase facts from your calculations, name the five accounts to prioritize this week, and explain any drop of more than 10 points.

One hour before each external meeting on my calendar, use only Crunchbase to build a one-page brief on the company, resolving it by its website domain. Cover what it does and whether its micro-industry is growing or declining, funding history and investors, current valuation estimate, headcount growth, key leaders and recent changes, acquisitions, and its three closest competitors and how it differs from each. Close with its growth, funding, or acquisition predictions, the risks worth raising, and five sharp questions for the meeting. Label anything missing or undisclosed.
